Dr. Wood's Raw Black Facial Cleansing Bar

I got to test out Dr. Woods Raw Black Facial Cleansing Bar.  I wasn't excited about it and then I tried it out.  This bar has become my daily morning cleanser in the shower.  It cleans my skin without stripping it.  My pores seem to love it and when I use it with my Clarisonic a couple times a week, WOW! My face is super soft.

When you read the ingredients, this is no surprise, even though it was a surprise to me.  Organic Shea Butter and Argan Oil?  My face is so soft that I pet it LOL It is a simple bar of soap, same size as your average bar of soap.  It creates an amazing amount of lather and feels creamy on your skin.  As I mentioned above, it works great with my Clarisonic Plus.  It not only contains shea butter and argan oil, it also contains squalane oil (another favorite of mine).  You can find Dr. Woods and get more info at  https://www.facebook.com/DrWoods

I am also a sucker for how pretty the packaging it and love their "All Things Good" code that they live by which is even carved into the bar of soap.  It is a nice mantra to look at every morning before I start my day.

  1. I've been hearing a lot about this brand lately (and Black Soap in general). I think I may have to give it a try soon! Love your blog!
