Black Friday - Cyber Monday Haul

Did you do any shopping over the holiday weekend?  There were so many sales, it was almost overwhelming.  I have not done as much fun beauty shopping in the past 6-12 months so I opted to treat myself.  My boyfriend and I decided not to get each other gifts this year and splurge on ourselves instead.  Needless to say, there were many video game and beauty deliveries arriving in the mail over the past week or so LOL

I also splurged on some new Bare Escentuals and Tarte goodies from QVC and plan to post about them on the blog soon.

Beyond that, I did venture out to Target and a few other stores.   At Target I got 2 Burt's Bees lippie sets which got me a $5 gift card at checkout and I got a few clothing items.  I spent most of the day hunting for items for a child I am sponsoring for the holidays.  A local organization lets you volunteer to give a child (or more than one if you can afford it) all of their holiday gifts.  I ended up assigned a 15 year old boy which is not quite what I am used to but I still had fun hunting for the things he wanted.  I was able to get some great deals to get a lot of what was on his wishlist.

How about you?  Do you get yourself gifts for the holidays?  Did you take advantage of any of the beauty sales?

I am still in the massive photo taking and editing phase so no blog posts on these yet but soon.  Here are the deals I took advantage of during the weekend sales.

I was able to order a single goodebox for only $14.  Looking forward to this arriving.  It is a subscription system that sends a box of trial-sized, healthy, sustainable beauty items.

Juice Beauty had a special running.  If you spent $50 or more, you entered a code to get a mystery bundle of full-sized items for free valued at over $100.  I restocked on my 2 staples from their collection and got a bunch of free stuff to try out plus free shipping.  Well worth it!

Eco Tools had a Cyber Monday sale where their whole site was 50% off with free shipping.  What a deal!  I picked up 4 new brushes and a cleansing poof pad for less than $13.

Ulta had a special on both Eco Tools and Real Techniques brushed.  Buy one get one 50% off.  I had decided that the next time they ran this special, I would finally try Real Techniques brushes and ordered 2 sets to get started.

I am not affiliated with this company. I purchased these products myself for personal use unless otherwise noted. My opinion is completely honest no matter how I received any items mentioned on this blog.
