All about Badger - Healthy Body Care

Badger is a family run company that sells awesome organic items. They are based in New Hampshire and their facility is referred to as the Badger Mines. It all started with a balm for a carpenter's dry cracked hands. They started selling Healthy Body Care products in 1995. You can find badger at www.badgerbalm.com

"Badger now features the world’s most unique variety of USDA Certified Organic Problem-Solving Balms for body-mind-spirit healing. Simple, hardworking blends of chemical-free, 100% natural, & organic ingredients. The best stuff for your skin."

Badger adheres to the USDA Organic Standard so they offer quality organic ingredients.  Over 90% of Badger’s products are 99% to 100% USDA Certified Organic. This guarantees that the utmost care was taken in the sourcing, selection and preparation of our ingredients. Their lip balms are now made with fair trade certified cocoa butter.  Thier SPF lip blam is not USDA organic certified because zinc oxide is considered a "non-agricultural" ingredient.

Badger still sells their healing balms in all varieties.  They also sell moisturizers, suncare, baby care, lip care, oils, body butters, soaps and aromatherapy. Badger's sunscreens have the highest ratings for safety and effectiveness by the Environmental Working Group's Cosmetic Safety Database! These sunscreens protect you from both UVA and UVB rays with mineral Zinc Oxide. They also contain Organic Olive Oil, Cocoa Butter & Shea Butter to moisturize your skin while protecting it.

I personally love their lip balms and sunscreens and plan to try many more of their products.  I think the aromatherapy items look fantastic.

If you are interested in buying Badger products, check this part of their site out: Where to buy.  They have an online store but also list stores that sell their products if you want to find someone close to home.  I also have to say, if you have any questions, they are extremely friendly and quick to get back to you.  Quick, everyone, run out and find a badger!
