Dairy free & Soy free pizza!

I finally found a recipe that works well for me.  I buy locally made pizza dough at the grocery store (only 2 do not use soybean oil in their recipe).  Then I get a somewhat locally made pizza sauce in the italian food section, another rare one that does not use soybean oil.  I like to use a natural pepperoni with no preservatives or addictives.  Then I use both a nice pecorino romano (sheep cheese).  I will sprinkly it with a grated pecorino romano and then shred some from a block of cheese to add to the top.  I have also tested this with some mushrooms and it comes out great.  I got a fantastic airbake pizza pan from target and seem to be having a lot of success with this. It took me a while to get the hang of working with the dough and getting it to keep the round shape withouth bouncing back or ripping. Pin It StumbleUpon
