My new Oster Expressbake Bread Machine!

I got an Oster Expressbake bread machine for Christmas from my parents this year. I was pretty excited but so far my recipes have come out so good, I am even happier I asked for one for Christmas.

So far I love this bread machine, very easy to use and great features.

So far I have made cinnamon roll dough which I then prepared and baked by hand and a delicious simple honey oatmeal bread 100% baked in the bread machine.

This is a yummy bread machine dough recipe for cinnamon rolls. I rolled the dough out, skipped the nuts for personal preference and made a different icing since I am not fond of cream cheese.

Alternate icing(came out a little too thin this time around):
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons milk

Combine the confectioners' sugar, 3 tablespoons melted butter, vanilla, and 3 tablespoons milk.

My baking results:

The super simple yet very yummy recipe for honey oatmeal bread is a new found favorite. I have already shared it with my aunt and she said the loaf barely lasted a day in their house. I still have 2 slices left here but look forward to eating them soon.
