Hula Workout

I discovered this workout DVD years ago but really enjoy it, Hula Abs & Buns. As a fan of dance, I was looking for workouts that incorporate dance with toning and cardio. I also love being able to workout barefoot. This was a perfect choice for me. Kili is a great workout leader. She is fun, sweet and encouraging but not obnoxious in that bark at you while all fake smiles kind of way. It is great to do on days when I don't have time to get to the gym. I have to say, after not doing this for well over a year, I really felt it. This is a great workout for me since it involves core strengthening but is lower impact. It also strengthens the upper body in a gentle way which I love because I can feel it but it doesn't irritate my shoulder injury. This is probably not a workout for someone who is into a more advanced level of training but it is great for some fun physical activity and toning for those of us who may not be in the best of shape or who need something to do on days when we whave less time.
